■OPTiM Biz Premium Overview

OPTiM Biz Premium is a next-generation IT operations DX service that builds upon OPTiM Biz, OPTiM's established mobile and PC management (MDM) solution, and integrates various IT operations support services※2 that OPTiM has provided to date. It streamlines and automates all IT systems management tasks, including major functions such as in-house IT support, mobile & PC management, identity management, and SaaS management that IT management and information systems departments (hereinafter IT operations) handle. By centrally managing people, devices, and cloud services, it realizes a significant reduction in IT operations workload.

■Current State and Challenges of Information Systems Departments

With the expansion of cloud adoption and mobile device usage, IT operations departments face increasingly broad and complex responsibilities. In particular, routine and repetitive tasks account for approximately 80%※3 of total IT operations work, and numerous challenges associated with these tasks have emerged. OPTiM Biz Premium enables the streamlining and automation of these approximately 80% of routine tasks.

1. Unified Dashboard

Equipped with a unified dashboard feature that consolidates various alert information from mobile, PC, and SaaS management in one place, enabling immediate identification and handling of issues requiring attention. Furthermore, by providing cross-platform visibility of smartphones, PCs, SaaS accounts, and asset information for each employee, it allows users to grasp asset status at a glance and significantly simplifies management operations. (Scheduled for availability in February 2026)

2. Mobile & PC Management

Manages assets of company-provided smartphones and PCs, implements information leakage countermeasures, and minimizes risks by enabling remote app distribution, remote lock/wipe operations in case of loss.

3. Remote Support

When employees encounter difficulties operating their devices, administrators can provide remote screen sharing and operational assistance for smooth remote support.

4. Identity Management

Centrally manages IDs for employees and related parties, prevents unauthorized access through single sign-on (SSO) efficiency improvements, multi-factor authentication, and device authentication.

5. SaaS Management
